Itinerary

Day 1:

• 04:15 pm Meet the Team at Panvel station and move towards Thakurwadi by local transport
• 05:00 pm Reach Base village, freshen up, gear up for the trek
• 05:15 pm Introduction round and brief on rules and regulations to be followed by everyone on the event
• 05:30 pm Start the trek, Enroute enjoy Last Sunset of 2023.
• 08.00 pm Reach Prabalgadmachi.
• 9:00 pm Dinner time; enjoy local cuisines.
• 10:00 pm Onwards Campfire, stories, games, silent celebration.

Day 2:

• 05:00 am Wake up call, freshen up and get ready for Kalavantin trek. Enroute experience 1st Sunrise of 2024
• 07:00 am Reach Kalavantin top and enjoy the view from top.
• 07:45 am Start descending from Kalavantin to Prabalmachi.
• 08:30 am Reach Prabalmachi and have breakfast.
• 09:30 am Start descending post breakfast along with the beautiful memories from the event
• 11:30 am Start return journey towards Mumbai by local transport.
• 12:30 am Reach Mumbai with Memories for Lifetime.

Note:

– There is proper washroom available at campsite

– Main purpose of this camp is to Throw away the bad memories of 2023 and bring in 2024 with new Hopes & Goal. So we will Enjoy Raw Nature at its best by avoiding Loud music, Drinking & Smoking during this event.

Terms & Condition:

1) Kindly inform about your medical issue in advance, if any.

2) Participants will be responsible for their own belongings and health issues.

3) Avoid wearing gold or other costly jewelry.

4) Smoking and Drinking are strictly prohibited. Organisers are not going to tolerate such acts.

5) Keep in mind we are going for Trek not for trip or picnic, so maintain the discipline and follow leader’s instructions for your own safety.

6) Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding.

7)In case, due to some unavoidable conditions (like natural disaster, change in government or local authorities policy etc.)  the event gets cancelled before/on the event date or during trek, Trek fees will be refunded except nominal expenses which are already spent till that point.
