Fireflies Special Rajmachi Trek 2023

Rajmachi Village which is situated near Lonavala is considered as one of best place for Fireflies sightseeing!
Join us in our journey to this village to explore the illuminating world of Fireflies. We will also be going for a short trek to Srivardhan Fort !

Meeting point & Time: Saturday, Lonavala Railway station at 6:30 pm

Cost : 1,490 Rs.
Inclusion:

– Lonavala to Lonavala Transportation by Pvt. Vehicle
– High Tea
– Dinner(Veg/Non-Veg)
– Day 2: Breakfast
– Tent stay/Homestay
– Expertise & guide charges.

Exclusion:

– Lunch
– Anything which is not mention in Inclusion

SCHEDULE:

Day 1: (Saturday)
Meet our team at Lonavala Railway station Platform No. 1 near ticket counter i.e Exit Gate

• 06.30 pm : Meet our team at Lonavala Station
• 06.45 pm : Move towards Rajmachi Village
• 08.00 pm : Reach Rajmachi fireflies festival and freshen up. Enjoy Fireflies in the Jungle till dinner time.
• 08.30 pm : Dinner, Post Dinner again night walk for Fireflies
• 10.30 pm : Silent Hours

Day 2 : ( Sunday)

• 06:00 am : Wake up call and freshen up.
• 06:30 am : short Sunrise Trek to Shrivardhan Fort.
• 09:00 am : Back to base village and enjoy breakfast.
• 10.00 am : Start our Return Journey Back to Lonavala by Local Transport
• 12:30 pm : Reach Lonavala and catch the train for return journey
• 04:00 pm : Reach Mumbai/Pune/hometown with memories of lifetime…

Advance payment of Rs. 990/- per person prior to trip is compulsory and its non refundable.

– Camera (Optional)
– Shawl or Sweater (To protect from cold)
– Blanket, and personal bedding or Sleeping bag (As per your requirement)
– Extra pair of cloths

Terms & Condition:

1) Kindly inform about your medical issue in advance, if any.

2) Participants will be responsible for their own belongings and health issues.

3) Avoid wearing gold or other costly jewelry.

4) Keep in mind we are going for Camping, so maintain the discipline and follow leader’s instructions for your own safety.

5) Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding.
Save Tours (organizers) reserves all the right to change/deviate/cancel the plan without prior notice.

6)In case, due to some unavoidable conditions (like natural disaster, change in government or local authorities policy etc)  the event gets cancelled before/on the event date or during trek, Trek fees will be refunded except nominal expenses which are already spent till that point.  

7) Save tours will not responsible for any injury, death, property damage or loss resulting there from during trekking and travelling.

8) Save tours will not responsible if participants suffered from any medical issue post trekking and travelling.
