Terms & Condition:

1) Kindly inform about your medical issue in advance, if any.

2) Participants will be responsible for their own belongings and health issues.

3) Please maintain the discipline and follow leader’s instructions for your own safety.

4) Trip leader’s decision will be final and binding.
Save Tours (organizers) reserves all the right to change/deviate/cancel the plan without prior notice.

6) In case, due to some unavoidable conditions (like natural disaster, change in government or local authorities policy etc)  the event gets cancelled before/on the event date or during trek, nominal Trek fees will be refunded depending on expenses which are already spent till that point.  

8) Save tours will not responsible for any injury, death, property damage or loss resulting there from during trekking and travelling.

9) Save tours will not responsible if participants suffered from any medical issue post trekking and travelling.

Note : If a trip is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rains, earthquake, landslides, strike/bandh etc.) Organisers are not responsible and will not give any refund & also participants will pay extra amount of any extra facilities required due to change in itinerary.
