How to Reach ?

• You can catch a Train from your Convenient station to reach Saphale station & hire cab to reach Campsite

• You can directly reach to campsite by your own vehicles. We will provide google map location, for navigation one day before Event.

Day 1 : 14 March ’25

• 10:00 AM – Reach and Check in campsite, freshen up & breakfast
• 11:00 AM – Holi Celebration with Music
• 01:00 PM – Lunch !
• 02:00 PM – Continue Party & enjoy mud dance
• 05:00 PM – Onwards enjoy beach, sunset and fun activities.
• 08:00 PM – BBQ (Veg/Non-Veg)
• 09:00 PM – Dinner
• 10:00 PM – Music, Campfire, Stories and Many more games

Day 2 : 15 March ’25

• 08:00 AM – Breakfast time
• 11:00 AM – Checkout from campsite

– ID proof
– Personal medicines / hygienic kit
– Ready to eat food/snacks (ex.Biscuit)
– Camera (Optional)
– Shawl or Sweater (To protect from cold)
– Blanket, and personal bedding or Sleeping bag (As per your requirement)
– Extra pair of cloths

Terms & Condition:

1) Kindly inform about your medical issue in advance, if any.

2) Participants will be responsible for their own belongings and health issues.

3) Avoid wearing gold or other costly jewelry.

4) Please maintain the discipline and follow camp leader’s instructions for your own safety.

5) Leader’s decision will be final and binding. Save Tours (organizers) reserves all the right to change/deviate/cancel the plan without prior notice.

6) In case, due to some unavoidable conditions (like natural disaster, change in government or local authorities policy etc)  the event gets cancelled before/on the event date or during event, fees will be refunded except nominal expenses which are already spent till that point.  

7) As this is promotional event promoted by Save Tours, even though we have verified arrangements, We are not responsible for any disarrangement happened during event by Campsite management or local authorities.

8) Save tours will not responsible for any injury, death, property damage or loss resulting there from during camping and travelling.

9) Save tours will not responsible if participants suffered from any medical issue during or post event
