Sea Sailing in Mumbai have strict cancellation and rescheduling policies, so we urge you to carefully review them:
1. Once a booking is made, it cannot be rescheduled or canceled, and no refunds will be provided for customer-initiated cancellations.
2. Timeliness is crucial; if you’re late, you will miss the sailing experience, and neither rescheduling nor refunds will be granted.
3. Weather conditions significantly impact sailing, including factors like wind speed and tide. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, there might be a delay in returning to the beach. In situations beyond your control, your cooperation and patience are essential.
4. Bookings may be subject to rescheduling or cancellation due to unfavorable weather conditions. In cases of a no-show caused by weather or unavoidable circumstances, rescheduling options will be available.
