Itinerary
Day 1 :
- 04:00 pm: Meet the Team at Panvel station and move towards Thakurwadi by local transport
- 05:00 pm: Reach Prabalmachi Camping, freshen up, gear up for the trek
- 05:15 pm: Introduction round and brief on rules and regulations to be followed by everyone on the event
- 05:30 pm: Start the trek, Enroute enjoy Sunset.
- 08.00 pm: Reach Prabalgadmachi.
- 09:00 pm: Dinner time; enjoy local cuisines.
- 10:00 pm: Onwards Campfire, stories, games, silent celebration.
Day 2 :
- 05:00 am: Wake up call, freshen up and get ready for Kalavantin trek. Enroute experience Sunrise.
- 07:00 am: Reach Kalavantin top and enjoy the view from top.
- 07:45 am: Start descending from Kalavantin to Prabalmachi camping.
- 08:30 am: Reach Prabalmachi camping and have breakfast.
- 09:30 am: Start descending post breakfast along with the beautiful memories from the event
- 11:30 am: Start return journey towards Mumbai by local transport.
- 12:30 am: Reach Mumbai with Memories for Lifetime.
Note:
– There is proper washroom available at campsite
– Loud music, Drinking & Smoking is strictly Prohibited during this event.

Terms & Condition:
1) Kindly inform about your medical issue in advance, if any.
2) Participants will be responsible for their own belongings and health issues.
3) Avoid wearing gold or other costly jewelry.
4) Smoking and Drinking are strictly prohibited. Organisers are not going to tolerate such acts.
5) Keep in mind we are going for Trek not for trip or picnic, so maintain the discipline and follow leader’s instructions for your own safety.
6) Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding.

7)In case, due to some unavoidable conditions (like natural disaster, change in government or local authorities policy etc.) the event gets cancelled before/on the event date or during trek, Trek fees will be refunded except nominal expenses which are already spent till that point.
