11:45 PM – New Year Celebration with Music, Cake cutting & Fireworks
12:30 PM – Continue with silent music, Campfire, Stories etc.
Day 2 : (Wednesday)
06:30 AM – Wake up for optional sunrise beach walk to witness 1st sunrise of 2025
08:00 AM – Return back to campsite
09:00 AM – Breakfast time & enjoy game activities
11:00 AM – Checkout & Take a Cabs for Saphale Station
11:30 AM – Drop at Saphale station. Catch respective train to start return journey with memories for lifetime
How to Reach by your own?
• You can catch a Train from your Convenient station for Saphale station. Hire special cabs from station to reach campsite according to your convenient timings.
• You can directly reach to campsite by your own vehicles. We will provide google map location, for navigation one day before Event.

Full payment i.e. 1,990 Rs per person prior to event is compulsory and its non refundable.

Terms & Condition:
1) Kindly inform about your medical issue in advance, if any.
2) Participants will be responsible for their own belongings and health issues.
3) Avoid wearing gold or other costly jewelry.
4) Please maintain the discipline and follow camp leader’s instructions for your own safety.
5) Leader’s decision will be final and binding. Save Tours (organizers) reserves all the right to change/deviate/cancel the plan without prior notice.
6) In case, due to some unavoidable conditions (like natural disaster, change in government or local authorities policy etc.) the event gets cancelled before/on the event date or during event, fees will be refunded except nominal expenses which are already spent till that point.
7) Save tours will not responsible for any injury, death, property damage or loss resulting there from during camping and travelling.
8) Save tours will not responsible if participants suffered from any medical issue post event
