The Kunjargad Fort, perched near Kunjargad village, stands at an elevation of approximately 3,900 feet (1,189 m) and offers spectacular 360-degree views of the surrounding Sahyadri ranges. The trek route is famous for its steep rock-cut paths, narrow ridges, and dense forest sections, making it both challenging and exhilarating. Trekkers pass through dramatic cliff edges, ancient fort remnants, and rugged volcanic rock formations that showcase the raw beauty of the Western Ghats. At the summit, the serene fort structures and panoramic vistas provide a rewarding conclusion to this thrilling adventure.

Schedule:

Day 1: (Saturday)

09:30 PM: Meet at Borivali Station West. & other pickups.

Day 2: (Sunday)

Reach the base village and Gear up for trek
Have breakfast and start the trek towards Kunjargad.
Reach the top of Kunjargad and explore the fort.
Visit the Tunnel also known as Bhuyar
Start descending to the base village.
Reach the base village and enjoy lunch.
Start your return journey to Mumbai with memories for a lifetime.

Terms & Condition:

1) Kindly inform about your medical issue in advance, if any.

2) Participants will be responsible for their own belongings and health issues.

3) Avoid wearing gold or other costly jewelry.

4) Smoking and Drinking are strictly prohibited. Organisers are not going to tolerate such acts.

5) Keep in mind we are going for Trek not for trip or picnic, so maintain the discipline and follow leader’s instructions for your own safety.

6) Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding.

7) In case, due to some unavoidable conditions (like natural disaster, change in government or local authorities policy etc) the event gets cancelled before/on the event date or during trek, Trek fees will be refunded except nominal expenses which are already spent till that point.
