More About Shirpunje Trek & Ghanchakkar Trek :
The Shirpunje Bhairavgad Fort, part of the thrilling Bhairavgad Trek & Ghanchakkar Trek experience, is located near Shirpunje village. Standing at an elevation of around 4,035 feet (1,145 m), this fort offers spectacular panoramic views of the mighty Sahyadris. The Bhairavgad Trek route is known for its rugged rock-cut patches, narrow ridges, dense forest trails, and the famous long ladder climb that makes the trek so unique. Along the way, trekkers witness raw volcanic rock formations and dramatic cliff drops that define the adventurous nature of the Bhairavgad Trek. At the top, the calm and spiritual Bhairavnath Temple adds a serene conclusion to this thrilling journey.

Trek cost: 1,390 Rs.

Schedule:
Day 1: (Saturday)
10:00 PM: Meet at Borivali Station and proceed with other pickups.
Day 2: (Sunday)
4:00 AM: Reach the base village, Shirpunje, and rest for a while.
5:00 AM: Have breakfast and start the trek towards Bhairavgad.
7:00 AM: Reach the top of Bhairavgad and explore the fort.
8:30 AM: Start descending to the midpoint and begin the ascent to Ghanchakkar Fort.
10:30 AM: Reach Ghanchakkar Fort.
11:00 AM: Start descending to the base village.
1:30 PM: Reach the base village and enjoy lunch.
2:30 PM: Start your return journey to Mumbai with memories for a lifetime.
Note: We might skip Ghanchakkar Fort or cover it only halfway if time does not permit.

Terms & Condition:
1) Kindly inform about your medical issue in advance, if any.
2) Participants will be responsible for their own belongings and health issues.
3) Avoid wearing gold or other costly jewelry.
4) Smoking and Drinking are strictly prohibited. Organisers are not going to tolerate such acts.
5) Keep in mind we are going for Trek not for trip or picnic, so maintain the discipline and follow leader’s instructions for your own safety.
6) Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding.

7) In case, due to some unavoidable conditions (like natural disaster, change in government or local authorities policy etc) the event gets cancelled before/on the event date or during trek, Trek fees will be refunded except nominal expenses which are already spent till that point.
