Location: Usarani Beach, Saphale (Palghar)

Day 1 :
04:00 PM – Check in campsite, freshen up & break
05:00 PM – Onwards enjoy beach, sunset and fun activities.
08:00 PM – Starter (Veg/Non-Veg)
09:00 PM – Dinner time.
10:00 PM – Music, Campfire, Stories and Many more games…
Day 2 :
07:00 AM – Wake up call
09:00 AM – Breakfast time & enjoy Bullock cart ride & other game activities
11:00 AM – Checkout
11:30 AM – Drop at Saphale station & catch respective train to start return journey with memories for lifetime
How to Reach ?
• You can catch a Train from your Convenient station for Saphale station . From station hire cabs, which will drop you to Campsite.
• You can directly reach to campsite by your own vehicles. We will provide google map location, for navigation one day before Event.
List of Things To carry :
– ID proof
– Personal medicines / hygienic kit
– Ready to eat food/snacks (ex.Biscuit)
– Camera (Optional)
– Shawl or Sweater (To protect from cold)
– Blanket, and personal bedding or Sleeping bag (As per your requirement)
– Extra pair of cloths
To book your seat:
Advance payment i.e. Rs 1490/- per person prior to event is compulsory and its non refundable.

1) Kindly inform about your medical issue in advance, if any.
2) Participants will be responsible for their own belongings and health issues.
3) Avoid wearing gold or other costly jewelry.
4) Please maintain the discipline and follow camp leader’s instructions for your own safety.
5) Leader’s decision will be final and binding. Save Tours (organizers) reserves all the right to change/deviate/cancel the plan without prior notice.
6) In case, due to some unavoidable conditions (like natural disaster, change in government or local authorities policy etc) the event gets cancelled before/on the event date or during event, fees will be refunded except nominal expenses which are already spent till that point.
7) As this is promotional event promoted by Save Tours, even though we have verified arrangements, We are not responsible for any disarrangement happened during event by Campsite management or local authorities.
8) Save tours will not responsible for any injury, death, property damage or loss resulting there from during camping and travelling.
9) Save tours will not responsible if participants suffered from any medical issue during or post event
